Project Egoist Changelog
A player-facing timeline, not a stolen patch dump.
This changelog is assembled from public dates, code names, and roster mentions. It is not a leak of internal commits. If a row is fuzzy, we say so.
12 January 2025 — Launch
Project Egoist goes live on Roblox. Styles: Kaiser, Sae, Isagi, Nagi. Gacha at 500 / 5,000 Yen. Codes require Cool group for big cool people. Early videos teach Q, R, F, and keeper drag. Those lessons still work.
Spring 2025 — Rin and Shidou
Public tier lists add Rin (Legendary) and Shidou (Epic). Codes like ItoshiRin and ShidouRyusei pay Cash, not free unlocks. S-tier conversations stop being Kaiser-only. See Rin and Shidou.
Follow and delay season
A long tail of apology codes: UpdateDelay, UPDATE4DELAY, UPDATE5DELAY, HugeDelayReward, DELAYREWARD. Some grant Legendary Styles. All of them die. The expired archive is the museum.
Kurona window
Kurona, Kurona2, KuronaBuff, QOLUpdateKurona cluster around a QOL and buff moment. That is how you know a kit got attention even without a full page here. Play the Style, then ask Discord what changed.
Monster / Bachira window (mid-2026)
Lobby and code branding: Monster, Bachira, DELAYED99. Cash and Gems. Full notes: Monster update. Treat as a content beat, not as proof those Styles are S. Bachira is the kit page. Tier list still wants matches, not merch names.
August 2026 — Ninja
Lobby title uses Ninja. Codes: THENINJA, NEWERA, UPDATEGIFT on 16 August trackers. Full notes: Ninja update.
How to read a new week
- Discord announcement. 2. Redeem codes. 3. Trello GIFs if a move changed. 4. Ten matches on your main. 5. Only then reroll. Getting started is still the first-hour doc for new accounts that arrive mid-patch.
We will add rows when a window is real. We will not add a row because a YouTuber changed a thumbnail.
If you need the live client description, use the Roblox place. If you need move GIFs, use Trello. This page is the calendar.
If you arrived in 2026, you do not need to live every row. Skim to the window that matches your lobby title, redeem what is live, and play. History is here so old thumbnails stop wasting your ticket box, not so you memorize every delay string.
When we add a row, we will date it from a public tracker or an announcement, not from a vibe. If a week has no row, the game still existed. Play it.
Print the launch line and the current line. Everything between is optional color. You do not need to recite KuronaBuff to play well. You need to know the game is already released, the roster grew after launch, and codes die fast. That is the changelog in three facts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is this an official Project Egoist patch list?
No. It is a fan timeline from public codes, dates, and roster adds.
When were Rin and Shidou added?
After launch, in the first major roster wave. Spring 2025 public lists already rank them.
Why are so many updates named after delays?
Developers drop apology codes when a patch slips. The code name is the patch note.
Where is the newest row?
Ninja in August 2026. Check the Ninja page and Discord if the lobby title changed again.
Why is Christmas on the expired list?
PROJECTXMAS was a seasonal Cash drop. It is history. It is not a December promise.
Did the game leave early access?
It released on 12 January 2025. Later tags are updates, not a launch reset.
Will you add exact calendar dates for every code?
Only when a public tracker agrees. A vibe date is how wikis lie. We would rather leave a season name.
